2. My personal details have changed. What should I do?

Address Change

If you have registered with Investor Centre and have issuer sponsored holdings you can update your address online by visiting www.computershare.com . Alternatively, you can send the registrar a personalised change of address form which is attached to the top of your share certificate or if you receive your dividend / interest payments by cheque, the change of address form on the reverse of your tax voucher to The Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, PO Box 82, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, BRISTOL BS99 7NH, United Kingdom.

Please be advised that it is NOT necessary to return your share certificates for alteration.

Name Change

If you wish to change your registered name please visit www.computershare.com. Or contact The Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, PO Box 82, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, BRISTOL BS99 7NH, United Kingdom with the following information:

  • The company in which you hold shares
  • Share Certificates representing your total holding
  • Your Shareholder Reference Number (if known), old name and registered address
  • Your new name in full
  • Your signature in your new name
  • the required supporting documentation for the change as follows:

Marriage: Marriage Certificate - Original or certified copy

Divorce: Decree Absolute - Original or certified copy

Name change for other reasons: Stamped Deed Poll - Original or certified copy or a copy of the London or Edinburgh Gazette containing an advertisement of the deed poll.

Company name change: Certificate of Incorporation on change of name by the Registrar of Companies - original or certified copy.

Please note the registrar can not accept a fax or email of the letter and documentation as original signatures and documentation is required.

3. I have lost my Charter share certificate(s). Can I get a replacement?

Replacement share certificate(s) can be obtained through the completion and return of a form of Indemnity. To request a Form of Indemnity please visit www.computershare.com or contact The Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, PO Box 82, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, BRISTOL BS99 7NH, United Kingdom, advising of your full name, address, the company in which you hold shares and the certificate number and amount of any share certificate(s) still in your possession.

If you have changed address within the last six months. It will be necessary visit www.computershare.com or contact The Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, PO Box 82, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, BRISTOL BS99 7NH, United Kingdom advising of your full name, previous address, current address and the company in which you hold shares together with the certificate number and amount of any certificate(s) still in your possession.

Stolen Certificate(s):

If the certificate(s) have been stolen, please visit www.computershare.com or contact the Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, PO Box 82, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, BRISTOL BS99 7NH, United Kingdom, immediately advising of your full name, address, the company in which you hold shares and the certificate number and amount of any share certificate(s) still in your possession.

In most instances it is usual for an administration fee to be charged for the production of a Form of Indemnity.

4. I wish to pay my dividend to a third party. How do I go about this?

If you wish to pay your dividend to a Third Party please download the appropriate form from www.computershare.com or contact The Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, PO Box 82, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, BRISTOL BS99 7NH, United Kingdom. 5. A Charter shareholder has died. What should I do about their shareholding?

If you manage the estate of a recently deceased shareholder you may contact Computershare by visiting www.computershare.com or by contacting The Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, PO Box 82, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, BRISTOL BS99 7NH, United Kingdom. Please advise of details of the late shareholder, these should include the full name, the registered address and the Company in which the shares are held. Computershare will then communicate the full legal requirements for the registration of the death.

6. I have not received my last dividend cheque. What should I do?

Dividend mandate rejected by the bank or building society

If your dividend is paid directly into you bank or building society account it may be rejected for two reasons:

  • The account has been closed.
  • The account details are incorrect.

In this situation, Computershare will receive notification from the bank. The payment will be cancelled and we will issue a cheque to your registered address.

Dividend cheque is out of date

You should return the out of date cheque(s) to The Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, PO Box 82, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, BRISTOL BS99 7NH, United Kingdom, for verification, re-dating and re-issue.

Dividend cheque has been lost or stolen

If you have lost a dividend payment or the cheque has been stolen, you will need to send a letter to The Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, PO Box 82, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, BRISTOL BS99 7NH, United Kingdom, requesting the payment be cancelled and reissued. Please state the company in which you hold shares along with your full name, registered address and Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) if known and ensure the instruction is signed.

Dividend has not been received

You may not have received a dividend payment because:

  • Your registered address is incorrect
  • You purchased shares after the ex dividend date and were not entitled to receive the dividend.
  • It was reinvested in more shares.

Dividend cheque issued in joint names

If you are unable to present a cheque issued in joint names please return the cheque to us for verification and amendment, stating the required payee and bearing the signatures of all of the registered shareholders.

To help avoid this problem in the future, you may want to set up a direct Bank or Building Society Mandate Instruction. 7. Can I have my dividends paid directly into my bank account?

To update your dividend mandate instructions, download a Bank or Building Society Dividend Mandate Form. This form must be completed and returned to the appropriate Computershare office. Information on the details required is available on the direct credit instruction form.

If you have registered for Investor Centre you can check the status of your banking instructions online. Log on and from your portfolio view, select holding details. The direct credit instructions field will show whether you have recorded your banking instructions or not.

8. Can I take my dividends in shares?

To amend your dividend instructions to receive shares instead of a cash dividend, please contact the appropriate Computershare office and advise us of your full name, address and the company in which you have a holding. If the company operates a dividend reinvestment plan the appropriate form together with terms and conditions will be sent to you.

If you have registered with Computershare at www.computershare.com you can check the status of your dividend reinvestment plan participation online. Log on and from your portfolio view, select holding details. The dividend reinvestment plan field will show whether DRP instructions are present or not.

If you are simply wishing to alter your participation level or withdraw from the reinvestment plan please visit www.computershare.com or contact The Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, PO Box 82, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, BRISTOL BS99 7NH, United Kingdom stating the alteration as well as the name of the company you hold a security in, your name and if known your holder number Shareholder Reference Number (SRN).
